What should you expect during the initial "Qualify" phase with Proxels?

The "Qualify" phase at Proxels isn't a sales pitch; it's a collaborative deep-dive designed to give both you and Proxels a clear picture of the opportunity and potential challenges upfront. Expect a focused working session where we discuss your goals, the intended use case for AI, and the practical constraints you face. We'll explore the problems you hope AI will solve and the outcomes you're targeting.

We'll conduct an honest assessment of whether AI is genuinely the right tool for the job. Sometimes, traditional software solutions might be more appropriate, cost-effective, or reliable for achieving your objectives. We won't push AI if it's not the best fit.

A key part of this phase involves examining your existing data and technical stack. We'll evaluate the feasibility of applying AI given your current data sources, their quality, structure, and accessibility. We'll also consider how well AI integration fits with your existing technology architecture.

Our goal is to provide a clear, objective recommendation. This recommendation might confirm the viability of the AI project, suggest modifications to the scope or approach, or, importantly, advise that the project isn't ready or suitable for AI intervention at this time. The "Qualify" phase ensures that any subsequent phases (Architect, Build & Prove, Run & Scale) begin with a solid foundation based on realistic expectations and a shared understanding of the path forward. It's our commitment to giving you an honest answer early, preventing costly detours later.
